EXPERIMENTAL ZERO-KNOWLEDGE PROJECT

Verify claims.
Keep private data private.

AegisProof-mini explores zero-knowledge proof verification using Groth16 over the BN254 curve.

Experimental software. Not independently audited. Do not rely on it for production security.

OVERVIEW

Designed for verifiable claims

Zero-knowledge proofs can allow a verifier to check a statement without requiring disclosure of all the underlying information. AegisProof-mini is a small project for exploring this approach.

The actual privacy guarantees depend on the circuit, public inputs, trusted setup, implementation, and the surrounding application.

TECHNOLOGY

Groth16 · BN254

The project explores Groth16 proofs on BN254. Proof generation and verification depend on the corresponding circuit and compatible proving and verification keys.

VERSIONS

Two generations

0.1.0

One public signal: commitment.

nPublic = 1

0.2.0

Five public signals: commitment, nullifier, contextHash, policyId, epoch.

nPublic = 5

Version 0.2.0 is experimental. Its setup provenance still requires confirmation; this is not, by itself, evidence that the artifacts are corrupted.

SECURITY

Limitations are part of the specification

No independent security audit is claimed. Experimental test fixtures, including local TEE-related fixtures, must not be interpreted as evidence of a production-grade trusted execution environment.
